About Gorny Gigant

Gorny Gigant climbs the slopes above the Dostyk corridor, a semi-elite scatter of dachas, cottages and apartments set among walking trails and mountain views. The Sunkar ski-jump complex, built in 2010 at around 900 metres, sits within the area, and the high-country resorts of Medeu and Shymbulak are minutes away. Life here trades urban convenience for space and scenery: errands mean a drive down to Dostyk Plaza or Esentai Mall, and the district is residential to the point of quiet. For investors it is an upper-end villa play that prices on land and outlook rather than apartment yields, less liquid than central stock and subject to the tenge and seismic considerations that frame the whole Almaty market.
