Its rental, short-let and hospitality demand is strong, and it is among the Accra districts tipped for the biggest gains if the Marine Drive waterfront project advances, though that upside is by no means certain. The cautions are the noise and crowding for residents, plus the wider Accra realities of cedi volatility, dollar pricing and essential land-title checks.
